Cookies for
the
slow weekends.
Hi, I’m Luna. I bake, test, and re-test recipes in a Los Angeles kitchen so you can pull a tray out on a Sunday afternoon and have it go right the first time.

About Luna
I left a career I didn’t love
for a bag of flour.
I grew up in Chattogram, Bangladesh, in a house where my mother and grandmother cooked everything from memory — no written recipes, no measuring cups, just hands that understood texture and heat.
“The difference between a recipe that works and one that doesn’t is almost always one specific detail.”
I moved to Los Angeles at fifteen. American baking was entirely unfamiliar. I taught myself by failing constantly and taking notes on every mistake. My scale is always on. I test recipes until they work in multiple ovens, then I write down exactly what happens when you get it wrong.
No mystery ingredients. No filler paragraphs before the recipe. Just the specific detail that actually makes it work.
